Capital One credit cards suck big time. Every other credit card I have owned you make a payment and the available credit changes either instantly, or one business day later. With Capital One, there is a six or seven day wait while they process the payment.

I don't know why he doesn't pay off his debts. Getting his credit score up and his credit limit higher than a pathetic $500 is plenty of motivation to pay off his debts. Surely a $703 payment is a reachable goal.

You have to serve at least 20 years to qualify for the pension. Eesh could have in theory re-enlisted so he can get back on his feet and at have a steady paycheck coming in. I don't know the circumstances surrounding his discharge. I'm assuming he was honorably discharged. Would they take him back though with his legal history now though?

This section shall not apply to any person collecting information that is reasonably needed to (i) protect the security of a computer, computer service, or computer business, or to facilitate diagnostics or repair in connection with such computer, computer service, or computer business or (ii) determine whether the computer user is licensed or authorized to use specific computer software or a specific computer service.
