IOWA ANDROID APP BLAMED LIKE PILOT OF A AIRCRASH BLAMED - IT WAS THE IOWA STATE SERVER THAT CULLED CERTAIN VOTES
RULE #1 "if an air crash can be blamed on the pilot, the pilot gets blamed (not the airline or airplane maker)"
the Iowa Democrat Party Server did the rejecting but also accepting
the Iowa Democrat Party Server cannot be ruled out as not the sole blame
THE SAME IS TRUE INFACT MICROSOFT WAY BACK IN 1995 got caught in a major scandal: blamign software for crashes that the Win95 product was causing with the message "your application has caused an error" when it was certainly win95 that had caused it (they were caught by it was found there was ONLY 1 MESSAGE - blaming others - no message for when the os caused). surely Win19 no longer does that :) ?
* the author claimed "the server did not take data from the app that was formatted wrong" HOWEVER he never explained why some were taken and others were not - causing a mis-county which those using the app which they stopped using and reported
* no one said how it is the IOWA DEMOCRAT PARTY SERVER (not run by the state) ACCEPTED VOTES IT (?wished to?) ACCEPT AND WHY OTHER VOTES WERE NOT ACCEPTED
* ALL SOUNDS LIKE
blaming the pilot to protect the company. The Iowa Democrat Server, in my opinion, was caught culling votes and
the workers believed the app was malfunctioning
there are other details such as the author could have accessed the votes from home (google server was involved, author had the passwords, and so did ... whoever handed him a cool $63,000 for, what reviewers called see below, very little work)
* the app author was payed over $63,000 to write what some reviewers "a simple app born from following a tutorial"
* meanwhile, DNC (nat. party) disclaimed the whole thing so "we know" it wasn't the infamous DNC server what did it!
