21 infant bodies have been discovered under a bridge in the suburb area of Jining city of east China's Shandong province on Tuesday.
A police investigation is underway and the local environment authority has dispelled public worries over the river water as people fear it become polluted by the dead bodies.

although i dont condone baby killing. they could have disposed of them in a better manner. throwing them in a river is just wrong. they contaminate the water and there are a bunch of nutrients lost. now if the buried them in lets say a rice patty they could have at least benefited from this tragedy. stupid chinese can never get it right.

I remember some story...about severed heads floating around in the East River. Anyone remember this?

China's one child only policy, forced abortions and the killing of female babies.... not even mentioned.
Even if this story has nothing to do with the one child only policy... why didn't the Post examine the reasons why babies are dying in China?
According to Michael Moore, communist states such as Cuba have better health care systems than ours. Obama agrees. What if that's not true?
