I'm reposting this since no one answered with anything but attacks of opinion (no url showing any court EVIDENCE used at the trial)

I need any "beyond doubt" evidence showing a real plan - not just some joke in the face of a highly arguable event where distractions were made and a brake was pressed at believable traffic speeds.

I cannot find what evidence was used in the pre-meditated MURDER trial.

(why: allot of media articles full of summary and un-findable legal documents)

Please, if you can legal documents OR just know what "beyond doubt" evidence was used, leave the URL or information.

These people were armed people with baseball bats and tear gas. He was trying to get away from them. That fat girl had a heart attack. At worst he should get 2nd degree murder or even manslaughter charges. He didn't go there that day planning to kill people.

no you don't get manslaughter charges on auto accidents unless it's DWI which it wasn't. also DWI is still up in the air on that: it's easily arguable that most drunk drivers aren't in accidents and don't intend harm and have a reasonable expectation of getting home safe. it's less safe. and that's debatable still.
