i'd like to know the jury selection. certainly if the jury were all from charlottesville the jury would automatically be considered TAINTED by any death penalty / murder trial lawyer
so reportedly this is NOT James's rifle but the rifle of an antifa member who james saw

i fail to see any significance in this photo. a place of eating. no weapon shown.
it was said james met friends (who btw had no suspicions) hours before his (drive to the protest)

i accuse the judge of flooding the jury with confusing non-evidence

It's clear they - who are tied to county politicians and police MORE tightly than COED fancy underwear is - had a plan to jail james before the accident investigation even began.
For that alone the Courthouse has some answering to do. That the County had a clear plan to imprison James before the accident investigation had even begun.

Obama signed a Hate Crimes Act of 2009 attached to a National Defense Bill.
But Obama isn't president and the Legality of attaching "freedoms and rights" to Military Spending is challengable in Court.
Being a 2009 law it is certainly VERY NEW and also challengable.

One problem with the act is the idea that "hate" (any kind of) was not already legislated. Black's Law would (or did) call hate a (temporary) state of mental disorder and a motive.
It's illegal to "re-legislate" already legislated law. Scott's laws are also illegal.
That DOES make the act of 2009 ILLEGAL.

they sign whatever gov prosecution wants, let them speak first and last, and let prosecution "instruct jury" even though that practice is HIGHLY ILLEGAL

we all knew who the victim is there was never a need for DNA tests

Jame's actions that day are no doubt punishable. Part of an accident though not completely at fault. Going near the speed limit where more caution was due: specifically spelled against in VA's DMV manual if not OHIO's. Hitting reverse in terror and fleeing, though turning himself in without a chase later (believable but punishable).

for those busy bodies asking don't fear: those bad uses of court are not illegal in CIVIL COURT, as long as the penalty is not outrageous - opinion does matter in civil court
