Why don't I discuss this in the bowels thread? Well, those people do nothing but moan about bowel problems, whereas I have never had any complaints! I am here to announce some positive news.

I normally eat an 'unhealthy' diet, but last night, I was stoned and there was no food to my liking in the fridge. Just a large raw veggie tray my girlfriend had bought for an office party and then forgotten to take to work. So, being stoned and game for anything, I devoured the entire thing! Two freakin' pounds of carrots, tomatoes, pea pods, cauliflower, and broccoli. I scarfed all those raw veggies!

This evening, holy shit! I went to take a dump and damn near filled the entire toilet bowl up to the water line! It just kept coming out! God only knows how much undigested crap was in my guts, just needing to be scrubbed out by all that fiber! I feel about ten pounds lighter!

I will be doing this again!

Next time try Tippys Taco, it works well too.

There really is nothing like a gratifying elimination.

Once I got a little older, my bowel habits began to change. I found I really had to stringently control my diet if I didn't want to try to pass a cinderblock every time I moved my bowels.

Fast forward to today, enjoying robust bowel movements twice a day.

It pays to eat veggies, stay away from processed food, and keep hydrated. You also have to move around to get your bowels to move.

Ate a sandwich for lunch. Then I felt a rumbling deep down. I jumped in the car. I knew where this was headed. It was going to be a real shit show.

15 minutes out from the driveway and suddenly I had an explosive churning and burning monster trying to escape from my ass. It was painful. It was violent.

Got the sweats, increased anxiety, and horrible urges to pull over. I actually prayed to God along the way.

Pulled into my driveway and ran into the house for the commode.

Before I was seated the release came. It was spiritually uplifting. I felt God's presence. I groaned. I snorted. I sighed. I even saw Jesus appear in the cracks and crevices of the marble bathroom floor next to a negro woman with a big protruding underlip and a creepy vagina.

Nothing beats a very memorable explosive release of fecal matter.
