Yet that is precisely where we find ourselves. Both candidates for the Democratic Party’s gubernatorial nomination, Lieutenant Governor Ralph Northam and former Rep. Tom Perriello, have called for the decriminalization of marijuana. So have three of the four Republican candidates: Nelson County distiller Denver Riggleman, Prince William County Board of Supervisors chairman Corey Stewart and state Sen. Frank Wagner."
