I suspect that tootguy's memorial service was an opportune time for the whole family to sit down and discuss the miz problem. Undoubtedly, some tough decisions had to be made.

This thread is about quality, not quantity. We don't care about bowels, or some silly podcast. Only the most elite members of FFU post here, and we discuss the relevant FFU issues of the day. peeshlizmizmeg, miz's attorneys, occasionally Meade.
So, while the TMOS thread might be bigger, ours is still better, in the sense that McDonald's serves a lot more meals than Ruth's Chris, but the food at the latter is a bit tastier.

I seem to recall it was around the 25th. I ask because the 24th is DAY 500 (!) for her.

Actually, my information was out of date...
If you go on Vinelink, she is listed twice. Department of Corrections took custody of her on December 30 at 9:58 AM. She's still at the ADC, but it looks like she is moving out soon.

Anyhow, it started outside a court house. A judge had just tossed out miz's settlement against eesh. Everyone was walking out into the parking lot.
Suddenly, miz bellowed in rage, pulled out some sort of a pistol (couldn't tell the make), and shot eesh. Then he shot his mother. Then he blew his own brains out.
Next, we were at a funeral. All three were being buried, side-by-side. The really weird thing was, tootguy was officiating at the ceremony. And he seemed quite lighthearted and nonchalant - the way Unitarian ministers are at these things.
Phil was serving drinks, in the middle of the burial service. He looked sharp, as though he had recently gotten a haircut. He prepared a G&T for me.
Megan was there, wearing a tuxedo. It didn't fit.
No sign of David, Karen, or lizzie.
That was it....
Clearly I need to get the fuck off this forum.

Our little monkey is completely out of the scene, and really not up to anything.
Unless she escapes, or attacks another inmate, or begins recieving people for conjugal visits, there's not much more to say about lizzie.

I went into Honeybaked Ham in Franconia for a ham and turkey bella (delicious BTW), and the fellow making the sandwiches was the spitting image! Had a look of great distaste on his face - maybe because he detests handling pork products, perhaps because he doesn't enjoy his new station in life, which is too bad, because he really makes a damned good sandwich.

You are probably wondering why the normally garrulous miz never talks about THAT DAY, when lizzie brained him. Well, he was so terrified and traumatized that, after making his frantic 9-11 call, he hid under a coffee table, curled up in a fetal position.
The police couldn't get him to come out. Neither could the paramedics. At one point, they tried to lift up the coffee table, but miz began screaming and thrashing and kept pulling the table back down over himself. A police pscyhologist/negotiator was brought in, to no avail.
Miz kept demanding to talk to Monique, which was of course impossible because she had been hauled off kicking and screaming to jail. And even if she had been there, she still wanted to murder miz.
They finally sent for Sharon, which just made matters worse. Not only did her presence cause miz to scream even louder, but she herself began screaming back at him, and at the police as well.
Finally they brought in tootguy. He explained that a calm, gentle, rational approach was best with miz. He slowly and quietly approached miz. Then he hauled off and gave miz a terrific kick in the ass, send him flying out from underneath the table.
All three moronos were then taken to the hospital; miz for stitches, tootguy because he was suffering from chest pains, and Sharon for a sedative.

Phil still has some work to do for the Morenos. On February 13 he has to travel to Richmond to square off against eesh in the Adversary Proceeding. Winning that will entitle the Moronos to throw more cash at Phil to continue the relentless pursuit of eesh's nonexistent wages and assets -- until eesh files for bankruptcy again in another state.

Phil still has some work to do for the Morenos. On February 13 he has to travel to Richmond to square off against eesh in the Adversary Proceeding. Winning that will entitle the Moronos to throw more cash at Phil to continue the relentless pursuit of eesh's nonexistent wages and assets -- until eesh files for bankruptcy again in another state.
As Phil Leiser is himself in bankruptcy and his home in foreclosure, he will appreciate the nice hotel and hot meals he will enjoy in Richmond courtesy of the Morenos.

I had hoped lizzie's second B-Day in jail would be a blast - a sort of milestone for her.
Instead, she faces a court date for yet another crime.
By now, she was supposed to be living in a camper in the desert with eesh, beyond the reach of a jealous miz, with a little eeshlet and a second on the way, eesh gleaning a living by prospecting for turqoise. A simple life, but a happy one.
