Yep, especially since she's declared Chapter 7, which is liquidation. It's going to be hard for Karen to explain to the Chapter 7 trustee how she wants to keep over $1 million in real estate assets yet wants protection from HOA fees, taxes, and medical bills.

They are lawsuits filed in Fairfax and Fauquier that have been going on for years. They were filed by a former attorney, Thomas F. Hennessey. He has sued the Leisers for keeping the official name of the firm as Leiser, Leiser & Hennessy, PLLC. Even though he left the firm many years ago, Phillip and Karen refused to change the name of the firm. Hennessey claimed unauthorized use of his name and also claimed his reputation was being hurt from being continuously associated with the Leisers.

Not only did they claim that eesh made the post which led to the swatting from his computer (and a whole bunch of other shit). Eesh was forced to hand over some electronic devices to Sensia Enterprises for forensic examination. They found that eesh had used several programs to remove shit from his computer and in a court of law that was considered "spoliation of evidence".
This meant that EVERYTHING that was alleged on the lawsuit was considered to be true as the evidence had been destroyed. That's a huge part of what led to the landmark civil judgement.

The final order was entered on the 27th from the sentencing hearing on the 20th. Monique Danette Wells has 2 years on the unlawful wounding (amended from malicious wounding), 12 months on the brandishing a firearm, and 6 months for assault on a law enforcement officer. The assault on the law enforcement officer was not reduced to a misdemeanor.
Monique has two felony convictions now. The court cannot see how much time served she has, you have to call the jail to see how they are calculating her remaining time. Keep in mind she also had the 11 months sentencing for probation violation in district court.

But with concurrent sentences, and the usual time off for good behavior, two years' penal servitude is a good bet. I am betting on a late 2018 jail release.

Not long after William Moreno picked up a Felony Assault charge for attacking old tootguy, Lizzie herself got into some sort of physical altercation with her stepfather.

Alright, let's calculate the time.
2 year for the unlawful wounding; assuming her pre-trial detention counts as time served, she would be looking to get out on September 11, 2018.
If the 1 year for brandishing a firearm is consecutive to the unlawful wounding, should get out on March 11, 2019. A 1 year misdemeanor would be considered served after 6 months.
If the 11 month sentence for probation violation is consecutive to all that, she would probably be out on August 11, 2019. Remember, misdemeanors are halved/each day is double time.
Finally, if the 6 months for assaulting a law enforcement officer is consecutive to everything listed, she would be out on February 2020. Since the 6 months was a felony conviction, I think she has to serve the entire 180 days.
The last question is if she is moving to a penitentiary, or will the Fairfax Sheriff's office let her stay at the ADC.
