Not only did they claim that eesh made the post which led to the swatting from his computer (and a whole bunch of other shit). Eesh was forced to hand over some electronic devices to Sensia Enterprises for forensic examination. They found that eesh had used several programs to remove shit from his computer and in a court of law that was considered "spoliation of evidence".
This meant that EVERYTHING that was alleged on the lawsuit was considered to be true as the evidence had been destroyed. That's a huge part of what led to the landmark civil judgement.

Ct. 2016) (Stalking, Defamation, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress – $1,355,907.88 awarded by a jury). During this case he utilized evidence in computer and digital forensics to obtain numerous sanctions and spoliation findings for intentional destruction of evidence by the adverse party.
