In the case of William Robert Moreno, he is a culmination of his parents' mistakes. Their first mistake was Sharon should have rolled over and taken it up the ass. Their second mistake was Richard should have pulled out. Their third mistake was not simply reaching in the closet for a coathanger and aborting the evil devil-spawn. Happily, this will be a much needed financial shot in the arm for the struggling Leiser Law Firm!

The funny part is the moronos are too stupid to catch on to what is going on.

They continue to spend tens of thousands of dollars on a judgement on which they will never collect a dime.

They may just be obsessed with getting eesh, like Captain Ahab and Moby Dick, or Captain Quint and Jaws.

This could go on until the parents keel over and miz's siblings step in, put miz in a padded cell somewhere quiet, and end this shit.

That's why this war could go on for years if not decades. Eesh can just continue to re-file until he gets a discharge. In fact the 8-year waiting period only applies to discharges. Theoretically a debtor can re-file bankruptcy sooner than 8 years.

For this proceeding, the Morenos must prove a number of points in order to prevent the debt from being discharged. There is ample case law and legal precedent to support eesh, but he is not likely to obtain a discharge without a decent attorney. On the other hand eesh will be able to bleed the Morenos to a significant degree through the Leiser's fees and expenses.

Eventually somewhere down the road eesh may wise up to the value and necessity of retaining competent legal counsel and succeed in having a discharge granted. In the mean time, we can all enjoy watching the Morenos blow their life savings on their wayward pedophile son's Internet war. Soon enough, Lizzie too will be back in the fray.

If you mean Phil, as in Phillip Leiser, he's doing this because he's desperate for money. The law firm recently had to move from their shitty class B office building into a virtual office service that's meant for startups and individual entrepreneurs.

Indeed, the Morenos were frantically searching for a bankruptcy attorney to represent them in the adversary proceeding, but everyone was quoting them $50,000 in retainer fees.

Phillip agreed to take on the case even though he has never practiced bankruptcy law before (it really shows.)

He doesn't care if he ever gets a cent from eesh. He wants to hound eesh to the end of the earth, even if it bankrupts his entire family. He feels that giving up on his quest would be dishonorable.

It's debatable who is "hounding" who. Eesh does not have any assets or savings and is representing himself pro se, whereas the Morenos are pouring money down the drain for the Leiser's legal services which will never yield any return, regardless of the verdict(s). Win or lose, at the end of the day, eesh will be no worse off financially, which is not the case for the Morenos.

One might even say eesh is working the Morenos like a fisherman who has hooked a prize marlin. Just as the angler lets the fish run and swim itself into exhaustion, eesh is letting the pedo's family pour their limited funds into the coffers of the Leiser Law firm.

Eesh is effectively bleeding the Morenos to death, depriving them not only of their cash, but perhaps more importantly the and time and energy they could use to enjoy their golden years with children and grandchildren. While children and grandchildren might question why their birthday and Christmas gifts are less generous, and what became of their inheritance, arguably the loss of happy memories is a greater tragedy.

William himself has no need of money and can live in a state mental facility or group home. William can, in years to come, reflect on the happy stalking trips he made to Richmond and Fairfax with his parents, the many family visits to lawyers' offices, and the courtroom bonding experiences.
