David Bowie died Sunday after an 18-month-long battle with cancer. He was 69 years old.

Bowie was the most unique solo rock star EVER!

He always had something new on the next go round, always had great musicians behind him and didn't give a shit what other people thought. Unlike todays pop stars, he took pride in his music and lyrics.

He's a smoker. Life expectancy is only about 70. He's had heart surgery and cancer.

He probably had lung cancer. Six heart attacks in one year. I had a tenant who has having respiratory seizures and heart attacks in her last year. When I last saw her before she moved home to be with her family, she knew she was going to die. She soon lost both her legs, and died within three months.
