I am liberal, and have a huge problem with this. It blurs the clear line that was set between the legislative and executive branches that was set up by the founding fathers.

This had nothing to do with the executive branch. You mean the judicial branch?

That clear line of which you write is a myth.

It has always been the job of the Executive Branch of our government to interpret the laws passed by the legislature so that they may be implemented.

This is a flat out lie. The Judicial Branch interprets laws. The Executive Branch enforces laws.

Nowhere in the Constitution does it say that the judicial branch "interprets the law".

Libs have no idea nor do they care. The executive branch with terrorist Hussein Obama has abdicated their responsibility of enforcing laws, especially their own. They are anti American traitors, like all libs.

Over $4,000,000,000 in subsidies being handed out.

The average cost of in-state tuition per year is $9,139

Obozo is handing out subsidies to people who refuse to achieve. Instead, we could put that money into giving free college educations to more than 437,000 people.

We'll be a country filled with "healthy", broke, uneducated liberal voters who want free shit.

Expected Libtard response. Libs don't want people educated or to have the ability to help themselves. Libs want people in chains and dependent on the government. In chains = more votes.

You mean that most people made disastrous decisions their whole lives and are at a point where they can't get out. That's the reality of it. A small percentage don't have the ability to help themselves (eg disabled). But even disability is being abused.

Oh, I care. Really, I do. But I also care about my rights and how I am being forced more and more to carry the burden for those who refuse to help themselves.

The Affordable Care Act made health insurance is so affordable that people need subsidies to afford health insurance.

I was not happy about the decision but for the shitty reason to see Obamacare die. The reality is that millions would be out of it and the Gubment is paying the money in subsidies to insurance companies, without which premiums would skyrocket for those of us with insurance We are paying for.

Also the GOP has no plan I've seen to fix or replace this law. That is while Obama is in office. Were stuck with it for the next two.

Hopefully we will have a GOP President instead of a Old Tired Hag and another GOP majority in Nov. 2016 which I think will happen as too many main stream Americans are seeing all kinds of shit with Democrats, including the latest PC effort to get rid of the Confederate Flag and more gun control talk which is great for firearm and ammo makers.

And if it happens for the GOP in 2016, the GOP better have a replacement that works for replacing Obamacare or a adjustment or fix of Obamacare woes or else they will be packing their bags. In 18 and 20.

Now what I don't see as fair is if the Gubmnet can give certain people money away I want MINE. Hey 100 gallons of free gas a month would be fine with me.

Or a couple of slabs of USDA pork ribs, some steaks, chops.. Where's MINE
Dammit? All I do IS PAY!

As in why bother with Obama in office? Like he would sign off on a GOP plan. LOL. But your right as far as they better have a plan ready. A plan that will work.

Now don't ask me if Obamacare even works with its sky high deductibles. Or how any plan can avoid that.

The only thing I do know is that tort reform is sorely needed. Put a stop to the medical liability lottery game, where the biggest winners are liability lawyers that support the Democrat Party and that's why the Democrats support the way it is No Tort Reform, and don't you dare try to bullshit anyone with "No That's not the way it is".

Useless senseless medical lawsuits mean higher medical costs for everyone.

Here's my take (as a republican):

I know that the US medical system needed some degree of reform. Healthcare costs were (and still are) out of control. But Obamacare went in the wrong direction. Instead of cutting costs, Obamacare just raised the overall cost to the country by ensuring that everyone would have insurance. There was no attack on what the actual charges are.

I wonder why the Act didn't limit profit from medical companies and hospitals. The feds had no issue in the past with breaking up corporations who had an unfair advantage over society (MS, telecommunications, etc). Why didn't they do something to keep hospitals from ripping people off instead? Why didn't Obama go after the organizations who rip us off?

Instead of trying to tackle the real issue (costs), we were force-fed a deal that requires tax-payer money to alleviate the premiums.

Again, I know something needed to be done. My issue with the whole thing is that the wrong thing was done and pro-Obama people want to stand by a bad decision.

Not a bash...just a well-informed opinion.

There's no Tort Reform in Obamacare and that leads to huge excessive costs and huge profits too for liability lawyers and the players in the "Medical Lottery Liability" game.

At a congressional hearing on Wednesday, saying “premiums are going up” and explaining how the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) has proposed premium hikes of 10 percent or more in 2016.

“But look at the facts: premiums are going up. Emergency room use is rising. Co-ops are failing. There’s certainly a wave of evidence, and it’s definitely pointing to one clear conclusion: Obamacare is not working," said Roskam at the House Ways and Means Committee hearing on “Rising Health Insurance Premiums Under Obamacare.”

Health insurance experts are predicting that premiums will rise more significantly in 2016 than in the first two years of Obamacare exchange coverage. In 2015, for example, premiums increased by an average of 5.4 percent, according to PwC’s Health Research Institute.
