Why would someone be worried about someone suing them for having someone arrested if the arrest was justifed?

I don't think Civil court can send anyone to prison.
Unless you are falsey accusing him of a crime .. which is libel and defamation ... then the suit swings the other way ... shoe will be on the other foot.

Maybe Eesh is at it again trying to frame me this time. I didn't request this and thankfully Cary's data and cookie can prove this. Very eerily similar to the Moreno thing in my opinion.
