To not take all this claptrap written about him seriously and with a "grain of salt". Much to admire.

Can Misery say the same, I know he disparaged Vets in some of his posts....called them stupid for fighting.

Did the judge see it as a Lie? I think he would have fined eesh for malicious prosecution....something must have struck the judge as credible evidence.

the miz has to file that not the judge

both liz and miz posted that he lied and the judge could tell

credible evidence is what found miz NOT guilty

very easy to lie on the net

not easy to lie in person

You must be Eesh if you think:

1. The judge would "fine" him
2. You think the judge brings the charges

We all know he has no idea how the law works.

Because I stood three feet from him, next to my attorney, and saw it happen. I'm tired of the lies and twisting of facts. This is the one and only time I'm going to go on record as myself to represent a court proceeding as it actually happened. You all may go back to twisting and misrepresenting the truth....if it makes you happy in your little kingdom of dirt. In a courtroom, unfortunately, you can't "troll" a judge. Sorry.

Any judge has the power to bring charges, it is done everyday in such things as: "contempt of court", "perjury" "insolence" "false testimony" "malfeasance" . Study up on Torts or fundamentals of criminal prodedures.

The case was about proving Misery not guilty. Not proving Eesh sent anything to himself. Charges can still be brought on him at anytime. Who says they aren't? Maybe they are waiting to let Eesh think he's gotten away with it. Maybe they are adding it into the lawsuit. The element of surprise is a beautiful thing!

No...eesh's attorney would have informed him of that possibility. Courts of Law don't really operate in collusion with the judge. You sound like that fat arrogant Mis guy, your reasoning skills and methods of rationalizing are elementary.

you sound like an idiot since eesh said his lawyer was not involved in this

he would not give eesh any advice unless he paid

eesh wouldn't have even begun to sweat enough to ask anything unless he knew he would not have a case

he thought he had a case

lizzie is a good person. She may have made some mistakes in the past, but I believe that she means well and strives for a better world. She has a lot to offer the world; I hope and pray that everything works out well for her.

Credibility (as mentioned often in this thread) is everything in criminal proceedings, and I believe lizzie will get out of her recent troubles because her accuser is so discreditable.

As in the computer harassment case in Henrico, when I take the witness stand with my clean record (no criminal convictions!), >>>> I can be confidant that I will be seen as a credible witness. <<<< didn't happen

weren't seen as a credible witness

miz = found not guilty

The Morenos' lawyer is waiting until after Misery's trial in middle of April to respond to you. When Misery is acquitted of computer harassment, their lawyer is going to amend the lawsuit so it's about your malicious prosecution of him.

Nah bitch. There was no probable cause. You got lucky when you got a magistrate who has no idea how this site works.

The judge noted that you knew this site well enough to know Mr. Misery most likely would not have used his real name to send you illegal things.

Knowing all of this (the 99% certainty) you still went up in court thinking you'd actually get a conviction if you lied your ass off some more and your lies were made very obvious to everyone in the court room when you couldn't give a straight "yes" or "no" answer to the questions during your cross examination and started panicking.

You know...something to consider, maybe: you know you lied. God knows you lied. We all know you lied. By pulling this stunt, however, you have made a 40 year judgment against yourself in the Miseries' lawsuit a virtual foregone conclusion. We also know, of course, hard proof that you lied to a judge will never be found. But a jail sentence for perjury may only be like 3 years prison, or less. You'd be out in no time. Compare that to something that will follow you around for the rest of your life, you can never own anything again, any money you make you pay a large chunk to the Miseries, bank accounts drained, any assets seized, it will haunt you, forever. It might not be the worst thing in the world to confess to the fact you lied and perjured yourself. Weigh your options.

eesh is naïve. I guess he figures all folks without records are the crème of society and folks with records are the "devil incarnate.". Not necessarily true.

He's been able to pull off his lying on the net for years becuase he's hiding behind a keyboard, he wasn't able to pull it off in court because it's face to face and his lying was exposed. Judges are trained to spot liars and was obviously able to see through his bullshit. Just because someone has a criminal record doesn't automatically make them or liar or make them discreditable

And I guess I will set the record straight again and say that technically eesh didn't have them swatted if he says he didn't make the actual phone call to police which I actually believe. He only made the posts.
