Any judge has the power to bring charges, it is done everyday in such things as: "contempt of court", "perjury" "insolence" "false testimony" "malfeasance" . Study up on Torts or fundamentals of criminal prodedures.

The case was about proving Misery not guilty. Not proving Eesh sent anything to himself. Charges can still be brought on him at anytime. Who says they aren't? Maybe they are waiting to let Eesh think he's gotten away with it. Maybe they are adding it into the lawsuit. The element of surprise is a beautiful thing!

lizzie is a good person. She may have made some mistakes in the past, but I believe that she means well and strives for a better world. She has a lot to offer the world; I hope and pray that everything works out well for her.


Credibility (as mentioned often in this thread) is everything in criminal proceedings, and I believe lizzie will get out of her recent troubles because her accuser is so discreditable.

The Morenos' lawyer is waiting until after Misery's trial in middle of April to respond to you. When Misery is acquitted of computer harassment, their lawyer is going to amend the lawsuit so it's about your malicious prosecution of him.

You know...something to consider, maybe: you know you lied. God knows you lied. We all know you lied. By pulling this stunt, however, you have made a 40 year judgment against yourself in the Miseries' lawsuit a virtual foregone conclusion. We also know, of course, hard proof that you lied to a judge will never be found. But a jail sentence for perjury may only be like 3 years prison, or less. You'd be out in no time. Compare that to something that will follow you around for the rest of your life, you can never own anything again, any money you make you pay a large chunk to the Miseries, bank accounts drained, any assets seized, it will haunt you, forever. It might not be the worst thing in the world to confess to the fact you lied and perjured yourself. Weigh your options.

He's been able to pull off his lying on the net for years becuase he's hiding behind a keyboard, he wasn't able to pull it off in court because it's face to face and his lying was exposed. Judges are trained to spot liars and was obviously able to see through his bullshit. Just because someone has a criminal record doesn't automatically make them or liar or make them discreditable
