I recently changed my phone number and this is the message callers get when they call my "old phone number" -
The person you have called is unavaible right now please try again later.... I wish Sprint had a better recording when caller call my old phone number. I did pay my bill / I did not shut off my phone / I'm not out of the area where I cannot get service. All i did was change my phone number. Why can't Sprint come up with a better recording like, the number you've reached has been changed to an unpublished # or something.
If you can fix the message callers get when they call or text my Old phone number it will be appreciated

I'm very sorry that you are unhappy with the recording for your previous number. Unfortunately, there is no way to change the recording
when the phone number is not assigned to a user. I will however submit your feedback to our management team so they can review possible options for the automated recordings.
