The lawsuit was invalid, the judgment discharged, and the Moreno Crime Family lawyers were driven into bankruptcy.
The Morenos were exposed as stalkers, liars, and criminals, Richard Moreno was driven to a premature death, William was charged with felony assault, Sharon lost her security clearance, and the family wanted nearly $300,000 on legal fees aline.
In the end, wesh prevailed and the MCF were exposed as liars and criminals who did far worse things to others than anyone did to them.

Nothing says winning like a 580 credit score. Having to have your elderly father bail you out of two different jails twice in two weeks for $25,000.00 and multiple mugshots and being unemployable for life.

Eesh's victory was unprecedented. A lay person with no formal legal training would never be expected to have such a win. He is taught in law schools, not just on this website. Pick up a copy of the 4th edition of "Bankruptcy Litigation and Practice: A Practitioner's Guide" by Salerno and Kroop at your local library.
