how do you know if you're sick to your stomach or just hungry?

sometimes you haven't eaten in a long time, but you also feel you might be sick.


how do you know when you're really sick or when you're just hongry?

When you haven't eaten and you get that feeling it pretty much means you're hungry. If you have and you get it, then chances are that you're sick. The feeling usually start to occur around 10 to 24 hours from your last meal, depending on what your normal caloric intake is. In relation to the stomach pains: the closer they occur to your last meal, the more probable it is that it's not related to hunger.

Sounds to me like you're just hungry.

I just assume I'm hungry until I throw up... then then I know I'm sick to my stomach...
