Getting a muscular butt

I want to be a hardass. That is, I want a muscular nonflabby butt. Can I achieve this by kicking like a Rockette? One of the personal trainers at my gym had his client doing something that looked like a cross between a Rockette and one of the tomb of the unknowns guards. I'd prefer to do the Rockettes kick without the additional flourish, but whatever it takes. Are you a Rockette, or do you know a Rockette? Will the Rockette kick make me a hardass?

I got a gigantic muscular butt after I switched over to a gym-free workout and started wearing a weight suit and running up and down hills. Which is absolutely tragic since my tush used to be uber-cute...
