So let me get this straight. The Sequester is an effective way of cutting government waste and reducing the deficit. It will not have the negative impact that has been portrayed. It is not a mindless across the board cut because it is a small percentage of the overall budget and it only reduces increased future spending.
And, wait for it. It was Obama's idea and he is responsible for it??
The Republicans are spinning so hard they're complimenting the president.
Something tells me that they want it but aren't really expecting good things either.
