This is a great topic! I wonder why no one thought to discuss this on FFXU before.
Bottom line is this, Tony's in fair oaks is the best in the county. Better pizza is available in Manassas at Big Joe's pizza on Sudley road. Manassas is a dump but for some reason they have the best food in Virginia there.
Victors makes some pretty good pizza, at least the last time I was there. There is also a place next to the old Otooles in Centreville which makes a pretty decent pizza. I miss Ricky's Pizza out in Centreville next to the bowling alley! They had some damn good pizza! I wanna know what happened to them though!
This is a common theme on FFU. Depends on what you like. Victor's is pretty good, but I would try Pomodoro's in FFX Towne Centre or Santini's in Vienna. I grew up in Brooklyn, and those two are the closest you see to NY pizza. I will let the Chicago and Philly fans comment on their own. I also like Mclean pizza -- old school stuff.
Donato's Pizza in Vienna is probably one of the best non-mainstream chain (like DOminoes and Papa Johns) in the area. I tried it for the first time a few days ago and it was honestly one of the best pizza's I have ever had. Definitely give it a try. Also Vapiano's is a really good place.

I haven't had their pizza, but I've had their burger and it's very unique tasting... delicious. I've been craving it for a week or so, but haven't been able to go there for lunch.
We've enjoyed Manhattan Pizza lately. Papa Murphy's is another newcomer, but was so-so (and who really wants to take a pizza home and bake it? That's part of the point of pizza: it's EASY!)
And were actually astounded at how Domino's really has improved -- it's not world-class, but it's not the tasteless cardboard we remembered. If you give it a few minutes in a 450F oven when you get it home (or delivered), it's actually pretty tasty. (Yes, I realize that's sort of contradicting my comment about Papa Murphy's -- but it's a lot easier to crisp up a couple of slices than to handle a whole pie.)
