A serious note for those who have concerns about Scott:
A really good book to read is Crazy by Pete Earley. The book details his son Mike's struggle with psychosis, and the battles to get him help in Fairfax County in the midst of changes in our civil rights laws and deinstitutionalization.

Hopefully, the identification of and methods of dealing with people who are a danger to themselves and others has improved in the years since he wrote this and post- Seung-Hui Cho. A sad coincidence is that one of the heroes of the book is Vicky Armel, the detective who was gunned down at the Sully district station [by another fine Westfield grad].

At least the cops keep showin up (assuming all that is real etc..).
They may not be able to do anything at the moment, but at least it is all getting documented. Hopefully, it makes a better case to toss this dude in the padded cell until he can get a handle on things.

Please, 2concerned. despite what you may think not everyone is out to get you here. I've been reading your threads and am very disturbed by the postings you have made.
