OK...well I think I have to step in here because people have gone off the deep end both for and against marijuana. Lets start with a little bit about the drug. Marijuana has been grown and cultivated for thousands of years, and it can be used for a plethora of products ranging from clean burning fuel to paper and clothing. Marijuana HAS SOME MEDICINAL PROPERTIES DEPENDING ON THE STRAIN. Some people find sativas very uplifting and a great cure from the nauseating feelings of chemotherapy which ravage people's bodies and make it so they vomit and are unable to eat (WE ALL KNOW WEED CAUSES THE MUNCHIES SO THEY CAN ACTUALLY EAT AND LIVE). Indicas are more relaxing and calming, helping to deal with high strung people and letting insomniacs feel the sweet bliss of a good nights sleep without pumping their bodies full of chemicals from pharmaceutical companies (who charge more for a pill that has terrible side effects than a weed dealer does for an eigth). Now that we talked about the plant, lets show some historical facts about this plant.

1. In Virginia, during the 1600's, you could be charged a high fine and even have jail time for not growing 3 acres of marijuana for every 1 acre of food crops. (Virginia is now one of the most heavily regulated states for drug enforcement).

2. Marijuana was COMPLETELY LEGAL IN EVERY NATION until the 1930's due to a propagandous smear campaign funded by big corporations that had interests in timber, oil, and textiles. (proving once again that big business is the source of all our corruption in this nation)

3. Dr. Sanjay Gupta, world renowned neurologist has done a complete 180 on his position on marijuana, and has even written a scholarly article and is in the midst of production of a documentary on the plant.

4. Numerous studies done in the past decade or so show that the plant has some medical uses, but it is still considered a Schdeule I drug. To be clear, the legal definition of a Schedule I drug is "Required findings for drugs to be placed in this schedule:[1]

The drug or other substance has a high potential for abuse.
The drug or other substance has no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States.
There is a lack of accepted safety for use of the drug or other substance under medical supervision."

And yet, as we saw in Colorado and Washington, the states havent burnt to the ground and the animals havent started eating each other.

Now while I can respect your opinion as an American citizen because I fully believe in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, I will not stand for people calling pot smokers useless shit stains on the face of America, when our own FUCKING PRESIDENT WANTS TO AUCTION BACK THE MEDICAL MARIJUAN THAT THE DEA SEIZED IN ILLEGAL RAIDS FROM DISPENSARIES (here is the link to back my claim because I know you anti-pot people are just going to say he is a dumbass http://nationalreport.net/obama-auctioning-marijuana-seized-drug-raids-since-2008/). If you are comfortable with yoru nations leaders doing that, then you should seriously do a self-check on where your moral compass is pointing, cause as of right now I would rather be one of those 43 dead bodies in Mexico than call myself a bystander as I watch the Obama Administration literally send our nation back to the Stone Age.

Ok...again...I want to have a conversation with this roughbook like a one on one conversation. we dont smoke pot because we are hooked on teh illeagl action and we dont seek legalization because we think that it will justify our actions. frankly, we want it legal so our children, who want to use a NATURAL, PROVEN SAFE DRUG that will make them feel who they are. As a pot smoker, I dont openly go out and push drugs on kids and tell them that they arent cool if they dont do it. Also, I am a full-time student, work two jobs, and when I am not in school i work 60 hours a week. I smoke probably about half an ounce a week. I have a solid 3.0 GPA at George Mason, and I honestly can say that I love my life. Want to know something I can tell from your posts? You just cant seem to be happy unless you make other people unhappy. You throw your insults at us like we are some lower life forms that suckle off your taxpayer dollars. Want to know something interesting? In the states that weed is legal or is in a medical marijuana program, they tax the product at the same level as alcohol. Now, as of 2010, the medical marijuana business was a $36 BILLION industry, so if we assume even just a 15% tax rate on that, its still billions of dollars in taxpayer money. So now..after all that logical information (that can easily be proven credible), do you feel as though you need to back off a bit and let us make our own choices because we are logical humans who, unlike most average Americans, would gladly accept your opinions.

i'd say smoking it should be illegal

if they controlled it like alcohol, where you could have a few in a controlled manner (ie, not get stoned), that'd be one thing

but with potency higher than ever and people smoking it they are all getting stoned (once you catch a good buzz there's no point in getting stoned it's just dumb - is what crosby stills and nash said)

in the 80's people's attitudes were. you had to work. maybe smoke one before bed (kinda a looser attitude). maybe smoked a little on the weekend is acceptable. and never smoked at work.

even the pot smokers in fairfax hated pot smokers who smoked pot during work hours

me i don't care i never liked that much. but i'm not a snob either. it's safer than alcohol IF, IF they don't mix it and IF they can control the dosage

------------------------------

there's no controls on it. bad deal. and "by law" employers today fire you on the spot.

Bud Light 5.5% alcohol. allowed for sale at 7-11. vodka: higher, no.

get it? it's not a product. and legal people stalk you

bad deal. keep it out until the mess the legal people are laying out is cleaned up and the product and packaging is cleaned up and within socially accepted levels and such

Nice going, "Concerned Parent". You just publicly made a snitch of your kid.

If my spouse had made such an error I'd be packing the house right now. Thanks to the propaganda-fed hysteria of people like you, the penalty for a pound of plant matter is on the same order of the penalty for them killing your kid in revenge. You're a dumbass of colossal proportions.

I pray your kid doesn't end up paying the price of your mistake. You're an evil, evil bitch.

Forget whatever the effects of weed are or are not. You shouldn't be posting the names of people on a forum if you know nothing about them. Your son could very well be lying.

After a little researching Crishan is a college graduate working as an assistant manager at a clothing store and doesn't seem to have a record that I could come up with. Same with Ricky Rivero. There is no one in the fairfax county area pushing around "pounds" of marijuana. If they were they wouldn't be 22 year olds dealing with your high school son.

So to sum this up, you'd believe that your pot smoking son is dealing with armed, dangerous drug dealing thugs than believe that your pot smoking son is making up a story to save his own hide?

Where to find the bestest Mary Jane in Fairfax, Va.?

Try The Lamb Center. At:

The Lamb Center

3220 Old Lee Highway

Fairfax, VA. 22030.

For starters, ask around for a guy by the name of Martin. Martin Newkirk. Kinda tall black fella with nasty dreadlocks.
If he's not available, ask for the A.K.A. 'The Green Mile'. ( Lewis ).
Or, maybe even A.K.A. ' Smitty ' ( Devron D. Smith )
If that doesn't get you some good hooch, then you can always find A.K.A. ' Bill ' Abell slinking around selling anything and everything for a saw buck or two!

Google it, The Lamb Center, for easy location and directions from wherever you may be!

And, during the winter months, all is available pretty much 24/7 at night I me as well at the facetcares.org Hypothermia winter shelter program thru ' all of the above' and more. With the 'protective cover' of being in a church! No less!

And on Saturdays from 8 a.m. till 1 p.m. It's all available on those days and hours. Then, when Hypothermia starts, well, pretty much 24/7. But once you meet up with one of the mentioned, well, it's pretty much 24/7 available. All the alcohol you underaged yougnsters can carry. Marijuana. Crack Cocaine. Heroin. You name it, they can get it for 'a price'!

I know Martin! He is easily found at the Love The World Fellowship on Sunday afternoon's at The Truro Church right at North St. And Main St. In FX City. Downstairs around back between about 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm. And at The Lamb Center pretty much during the week during and after open hours. Real kinda guy. Vet's some pretty good stuff for you!

Some say he snitches on people when he gets nailed by the cops to get his charges dropped. Turned in his own family members once already too many times!

a super greedy over charging fat lazy a-_ssho-_le.
Gonna have to look into this Lamb Center recommendation. the Greedy One is charging everyone two and three times what the going street price is for weed. Hello and here I go to The Lamb Center!

Center's like the Lamb Center are a good place to go to get highly competitive pricing on street drugs like marijuana. Most dealers can not stand the idea and would never mention it to their buyer's.

A lot of jerks selling weed get carried away with it. Smoke too much and the cost rises and rises with their greedy consumption. Over indulgence. Then it reflects in their demand for higher and higher prices when they move it to other's. This always results in these greedy glutenous ones to getting busted. Ironic. No?

Who's afraid of going to jail these day's anyways?
My record is so thick it just doesn't matter anymore. And I will charge top dollar in the meantime for anything I move. And stay out of my Lamb Center by the way. If your selling drugs. The LC is my turf!

on the first and third Friday's of each month, the TLC has a Free Movie & Pizza Night. so the TLC is pretty much open for business from 8 am to 9 pm on these two day's out of the month. with most of the regulars showing up as well, the street drugs, underground prescripts, alcohol is readily available and flowing free there on these two evenings out of each month. Especially for you underaged ones and minor's. want to lose your virginity quickly? just head on down to TLC and hang out on these two Friday's out of each month.
can't lose with a free movie & pizza, neither! free soda pop to mix with the liquor and all!
