This place sucks and idiots work there. Anyone else feel the same way?

Too bad its the only gas station anywhere around there.

Where in BFE is this that there are no other nearby gas stations?

across from the I-66 dump, behind the Costco and Home/Office Depots - next closest station is either the other Sunoco in FairLakes, or Briar Oaks Exxon off of 50. So yeah, it's pretty remote

They are always above average price for gas too. Motherfuckers.

Huh? Is merely a gas station that also sells newspapers and junk food. Just buy your stuff and leave. Who cares if the people taking your money are jerks or Mothers Teresa?

Agree. When I go into a store, any store, in this area I expect the following:

The clerks do not speak English.
They will not have what I am looking for.
They cannot change a twenty.
Someone will have a screaming kid with them.
Somebody will smell like my old gym socks.
Someone will ask me for money out front.


I havent been disappointed yet.........

Well, your "any store" reference begs the question of why single out the West Ox Sunoco? It seems to be the same kind of place you'd expect, nothing more nothing less.

Ever go into a CVS for, say, just a pack of cigarettes and more often than not you find yourself behind an old woman pushing a shopping cart with a handful of coupons who takes forever interacting with the immigrant cashier. But, whatever ... that's what you have at CVS.

Tried buying beer there a couple of weeks ago and it took them 10 minutes
to find a manager because the clerk wasn't old enough to sell it to me.
Couldn't speaky dee Engrish worth a hoot either.

DUDE, CVS is possibly the worst store on the face of the planet. The one near my place is an absoloute DISASTER. It takes 15 minutes, minimum to check out. No matter how few people are there or what they are buying.

That gas station does blow. It's also pretty convenient if you live in the fair lakes area too, as it's pretty convenient to the parkway/beltway. The place sucks. People drive like psychos through that parking lot. The only good thing that's ever happened there was I watched a couple in front of me fuck while their car was in that carwash. so... It's not ALL bad. Plus, they have totinos party pizzas there. = bombtastic!

I never singled out the Sunoco. I am just saying I expect that kind of service no matter what place I go into be it Sunoco, Best Buy, McDonalds or Target.
God only knows why these stores cannot operate more than two checkout registers at a time.

When they get my order right or ring me up in a few minutes I see it as a plus.

I will give credit to the Taco Bell in Burke. No matter how long the drive through they are fast and my order is right.

dunno what planet you are on, but on Planet West Ox Sunoco, they dont have an ABC license, so NO BEER

dude/dudette, you are SOOO RIGHT about the psychos in that parking lot - WTF is it about that place where ppl think it's ok to drive like 35 thru the place. Backing out of a space is ALWAYS like an Olympic event.............

Seriously, I just wanted to buy some f*cking gas. At this point,the shitty zip code system didn't work, so it declined me and said I had to go inside, where I'm sure the essay part of the exam would be held. No thanks. I had already wasted too much time with this crap.

I went somewhere else. Last time I go to Sunoco.
