PPP fraud prosecution is going up. We m if by see how much accounting the MBA boy has done on all this free money to rip off the American tax payer!!!

Michael S O'meara Inc in Laytonsville, MD received a SECOND Paycheck Protection Loan of $38,813 through Bank of America, National Association, which was approved in February, 2021.

This loan has been disbursed by the lender and has not yet been fully repaid or forgiven.

WHY WASN'T THIS SECOND LOAN FORGIVEN?

Second Draw PPP loans made to eligible borrowers qualify for full loan forgiveness if during the 8- to 24-week covered period following loan disbursement:

Employee and compensation levels are maintained in the same manner as required for the First Draw PPP loan,

The loan proceeds are spent on payroll costs and other eligible expenses,

and At least 60% of the proceeds are spent on payroll costs.

DID Michael S O'meara Inc COMMIT FRAUD?

On May 1, 2020 Oscar Santana and then Podcast Studios, received, by way of JP Morgan Chase Bank, a PPP loan for $66,405. 9 employees

Loan status. FORGIVEN
