From the article: "A 32-year-old Fairfax County man who was in psychiatric distress died early Friday after he was jolted with a Taser charge by an ARLINGTON COUNTY officer trying to subdue him inside an apartment where the man was visiting relatives, police said."
Yes, the man who was killed (in an accidental death) in the article was from Fairfax, but the officer was from Arlington. So, I can't really say that this is the FCPD's fault (actually, it's really no ones fault).
