If I saw people like that dancing in my neighborhood I would be dialing 911 and asking them to bring the straight jackets.

It looks like it was all filmed in Reston. One part is outside of the old Lakeside Inn and the dancing road is on top of the Dam for one of the South Lakes.

Nothing says happy like dancing after fighting for parking in the early morning and paying way too much to ride the "nigger hauler." Then dealing with the same shit coming home.
