It is not a great team if the defensemen are a problem. As for his drafting, here is a typical example. In 2003 he took Eric Fehr first. Who went next? Ryan Getzlaf. Epic fail. He could have had Mike Ricards or Corey Perry as well.

This happens again and again. The only reason the team is good is that Leonsis told him to blow it up, trade veterans for picks, and start over.
