Maybe you should look at a topography map. Considering it's not too far from your supposed cliffs of Falls Church, you should be able to find it fairly easily. Considering you called a hill a cliff, your ability to comprehend a topography map is severely questionable. If that proves too much for you, perhaps you can name the three roads that surround the Lincoln at Tinner Hill.
