worst excuse ever. you seem to have time to dwell on what's wrong here but cant use that time to get away from here? bullshit.

what proof do you have? this is conjecture. i could say it would all balance out with the state having to pay for less medical bills because people are healthier but i cant say it's a fact.

yes, 100%. why would anyone be against it?!

businesses like the status quo. do you think gasoline companies would make unleaded fuel if they didnt have to? it costs them more money and ultimately charge the customer more to have unleaded fuel. the average consumer is a fucking retard. consumers are ignorant and just wander in the dark listening to lies that businesses say are facts and eat up the words of the media. bans and laws like these are the fences and warning signs that keeps consumers from going up and messing with a lion at the zoo. so... should we remove the fences and signs? just leave it up to the person to decide if it's safe.

that is very shortsighted.
it sounds like you have some bizarro uber republican view of what the government should be. how about we do away with due process too and let the people decide a persons fate because everyone does careful investigation and knows the facts, right? no, people are fucking stupid and will believe just about anything they are told.

i assure you, all hazardous materials have strict laws on how they must be handled.
