Anyone hear the story about Hillary Clinton striking a deal with the FBI to turn State's evidence in the clinton Foundation scandal?

The only rumor I've heard is a reporter has found some stuff that Trump's TAX RETURNS have some VERY DAMAGING information.

To your first point: I think a Federal witness can still turn "State's evidence". It's a state, like a nation is a state.

To your second point: well, yeah -- not universally, but there sure seem to be more than their share of 'em on here.
