It seems within the past few months I've noticed a TON of Blacks and ghetto nogs moving in - are they all getting priced out of DC by the cuckhold yups? My family was *the* first in our subdivision 50 years ago and I've never seen it this "dark". The working ones are fine but they tend to bring the ghetto-swag ones along. It used to be Browns but even they seem to be vacating because of this

The "rotund browns" are typically in construction (high earning construction business owners sometimes) or open pricey daycares (high earning too). Unfortunately not all that simple. Zoning and affordable housing requirements make it impossible to completely shut them out of most areas of the county. Best you can do around here is live in a nice, expensive, SFH-only community with a strong HOA that can create rules nogs and riff raff can't live by.
