Hillary Protecting National Security

I have two questions for a Hillary Clinton:

1. Why should American public trust Hillary to protect the country when she can't protect classified information?

2. In her recent speech, Hillary says something to the effect that we have to expose liars. Many if not most people consider Hillary to be one of the worst liars. Is it just other liars that need to be exposed? Her lies. Bill's lies. Obama's lies. Hillary and the moral high ground seems contradictory.

How did she not protect classified information?
It didn't get out, except through the state department, correct?

b. it doesn't matter. people saw it who lacked clearance or access or both
