Sobriety Checkpoint tonight

Don't drink and drive tonight.
FCPD officers from McLean substation will conduct a sobriety checkpoint from 11:30 p.m Friday until 2:30 a.m. Saturday.

Make sure that you are careful. It's the end of the month, so the cops are going to be trying hard to fill their quotas.

It's crazy out tonight. I saw checkpoints on Rt 29, 123, Rt 28, and on the Reston Parkway.

I drove on restopn parkway, 28, and 29 during normal checkpoint hours, and saw none... what time did you see these "checkpoints" and what was going on at them?

Did not see one checkpoint, not even in Tysons. These checkpoints are a waste of budgeted money, they are not effective now that everybody has a cell phone. I've even had bartenders tell me where checkpoints are if they are close the bar.
