But thank GOD, I met one cop who was kind enough NOT to bust me for doing stupid shit in traffic and going waaaaaay too fast, and just wrote me a warning. After the pull-over, he met me at my house and I knew he waned to ride it. So he took off (in uniform) then, about 20 minutes later he was back. He had this smile we ALL have after a ride. He told me that he took the PD's Harley road course and said the harleys slow compared to my bandit. I told him to shift at 9000 RPMs just to let him see how badass the bandit sounded at that RPM. He said "it woke him up BIG time". ...lol That cop's a cool mutha fucka. A SHOUT-OUT to deputy DAN. Thanks man. Next time Im asking him to let me drive his Ford Crown-Victoria named: Police Interceptor. I cant wait. But I wont be doing 160mph anymore just to get him to notice me. Nope, no more on the street. So you think you know Lee. You feel pity for him or are you a true friend? You said you did not know him well enough until now. I say you feel sorry for Lee. Of course his father is there for him. He is going to lose his son soon. Hopefully he will be put away behind bars for a long time. Yes he does have to live with what he did, but also he could have prevented for he did. Lee had a choice and he made his choice. He could have told Shev to leave that day instead or he could have walked out of the room, but he didn't do neither. And Shev had a choice too. She did not have to go over there that day. She could have also brought someone with her or met up with Lee in a public place. But that did not happen either. She had moved in with us after being thrown out of her home by her own parents, who I had met with before allowing her to move in with us, telling me "she had been stealing alcohol and money from them, that they couldnt take it anymore and that I shouldnt let her move in with us". Her own parents told me to let her stay homeless. OMG what kind of parent says that kind of thing about their own daughter??? She had nowhere to go.

One morning several months before she had moved in with us, I found her outside in a cold rain sitting on the curb waiting for Lee to come home from school. She told me she had walked to our house from her house (miles away) after she'd gotten home from school early. Lee told me later that she had quit going to school to punish her parents for not wanting her to date Lee. I let her into our house, gave her a towel and a blanket and let her wait for Lee in the downstairs family room near the fireplace. At that time I had no idea that her parents had kicked her out of their home too. After I DID find out AND had met with her parents about it, Lee begged me to let her stay with us. He started to make her car payments using his money when the new car his girlfriends parents had procured for her, stopped making the payments on after they found out that she kept coming back to Lee and to their relationship. After that "used" car had broken down, Lee couldnt afford to fix it or buy her another one. THAT WAS MY DEAR MOTHER. She was 78 years old at that time. I had stayed with my mother on the couch all night that night when my son woke me up sometime the next morning and told me he wanted to talk with me in the garage. That morning after we got to the garage, he told me what had happened in his bedroom. He was sweating and very stiff standing there in front of me and he was looking right at me but with a kind of blank stare I had never seen him do before. I collasped onto the ground. I just knew something was very very wrong. He picked me up...just looking at me. I told him to leave on his motorcycle and run away while I went to check on her. But he waited right there beside his motorcycle. I ran, opened his bedroom door and saw her on the floor, checked for a pulse...I couldnt find one...she was dead. Now, totally freaking out I now ran to the phone and I called the police on MY only child. MY SON........I live everyday of my life knowing and remembering all of this.
A Fairfax County Judge gave him 40 years in prison because my son did what he was trained to do 7 years earlier taking Martial Arts classes that I paid for. If he hadnt taken those Martial Art classes, maybe he would be dead and his girlfriend would be in prison for 40 years. Do I have nightmares about this event..... yes, almost every night and nothing I drink, take or do has made them stop. My sons girlfriends parents thinks she was an angel from what I've read. But I know different and I cant wait to tell the NEW judge at my sons retrial how I heard her tell my son how she would kill herself if he didnt take her back, time and time again when they were outside my garage smoking cigarettes because I wouldnt let her smoke inside this house. One night when she was living here, she took all of my son's meds that he was on for depression and told him she did it to kill herself because her parents hated her, then she threw up after drinking some alcohol (a wine-cooler or something she brought home here) real fast Lee said and Lee then ran and got me and I had to count the pills in her vomit and do the math from the date on the medicine bottle to be sure she threw up all the pills. Before I called 911. I called her parents, they didnt answer and I left a message telling them to come over NOW and help with her. They never came. They never even called back. No wonder she wanted to die, they threw her out like garbage and stopped caring about her because she was dating an American?!? I would NEVER do that to my child. Tell the state of Va, tell the whole Country. TELL THE WORLD MY SON IS IN PRISON FOR A LIFETIME for protecting himself when he was a child! by definition.....from an adult! by definition.....who tried to KILL HIM.....by definition. In court at the trial her parents never mention how "they threw her out of their home for stealing alcohol and money, and her multi stays in "crossroads" a clinic for alcohol and drug abusers when she was a teenager in Tysons Corners Va". 40 fucking years? my son was 5 when he took 6+ years of "hwar-do" becoming a 9 year old blackbelt in 4 years. Also, becoming a straight A student while enrolled. I am very proud of him. To this day he has NEVER once disrespected me. He earned a blackbelt in 7 different disciplines of Martial Arts. Trained 6 years in a row to defend himself in a "fraction of a second" with lethal force if attacked by someone using a lethal weapon and fearing for HIS life. When he was 17, he broke up with his 19 year old girlfriend of 4 years after she admitted to Lee, using heroin, aborting their child that she had even told me about, that they would have and raise together and she often called me PaPa Wiggy. I'll admit, I was shocked. But what was done was done. I offered my full support thru it all and she accepted it. She was my sons very first girlfriend he was 13 and she was 16. She had moved in with us after being thrown out of her home by her own parents, who I had met with before allowing her to move in with us, telling me "she had been stealing alcohol and money from them, that they couldnt take it anymore and that I shouldnt let her move in with us". Her own parents told me to let her stay homeless. OMG what kind of parent says that kind of thing about their own daughter??? She had nowhere to go.
One morning several months before she had moved in with us, I found her outside in a cold rain sitting on the curb waiting for Lee to come home from school. She told me she had walked to our house from her house (miles away) after she'd gotten home from school early. Lee told me later that she had quit going to school to punish her parents for not wanting her to date Lee. I let her into our house, gave her a towel and a blanket and let her wait for Lee in the downstairs family room near the fireplace. At that time I had no idea that her parents had kicked her out of their home too. After I DID find out AND had met with her parents about it, Lee begged me to let her stay with us. Again, she told me she had nowhere to go. Lee had a part-time job as a sound engineer at age 16 in a Falls Church restaurant/dinner club making very good money on the company payroll and had also been getting "child support" from his mother since he was 13 when it was found by the FFX County juvenile court system that his mother had been abusing him and the court had placed him with me after an emergency hearing initiated by myself after Lee admitted to me that his mother had been abusing him for years. When Lee was 10, I had moved out of our townhouse in Centreville, Va. due to his mothers anger issues with me, her own mother and also with her teenage daughter from a previous marriage. Lee's "child support" money that was given directly to him via an EPPI card was ALL given to him by me by the time he was 14. I never took a penny of that child support. I gave it all to him. I was later told by Lee, "that he used that money to help support his girlfriend before and after she had moved in with us when Lee was 15.
After his off again on again relationship with her went on and on. She would dump Lee to go out with other guys, (and I know it hurt Lee) find out how they would use her for sex then ask her to leave after they got what they wanted... and then not even give her cab fair. She kept coming back to Lee because he treated her like she was his wife. His only love. EVER! He started to make her car payments using his money when the new car his girlfriends parents had procured for her, stopped making the payments on after they found out that she kept coming back to Lee and to their relationship. When she kept the relationship going, her parents took the car away from her and Lee bought her a used car out of his money because at the time she was not working. After that "used" car had broken down, Lee couldnt afford to fix it or buy her another one. They pretended to break-up again, so she could move back into her parents home and she could get her car (that her parents still had) back. Her parents had used that new car to try and keep her away from Lee, but she kept coming back to Lee. Apparently, she had become so addicted to Lee and drugs by this point that she needed more Lee and more money. She wasnt making enough at her new job to support her drug habit AND make the car payments her parents required from her.
Lee, now only 16 and working part-time still, just couldnt understand this ping-pong method effort it took to keep both her parents happy AND his girlfriend happy and by the time Lee was 17, his girlfriend became pregnant with HIS child...is what she told him and me. Then in late March of 2009 she terminated her pregnancy behind every-ones back so she could keep doing heroin". Then what Lee told me was: "on Easter Sunday of 2009 she came back to our house, apparently in the middle of the night and told him she had aborted their child and that she needed money for more heroin, that she was strung out and was losing her mind, Lee at that moment, decided he had-had enough and told her no way, no more money, that their relationship was over and to leave and never come back. He said she then went crazy, picked up one of his large Martial Art training knives and attacked him with it trying to stab him in his face. He blocked the knife and took her down by her throat, while both falling she had hit head head against the wall and that force he thought broke her neck*. My son told me later when he was being held at FFX Co juvenile detention center that at that* moment he thought her neck was broken and she was suffering so he picked up the knife that she had attempted to stab him with and ended her suffering quickly by stabbing her in her heart".

My son Lee's only girlfriend Shev Russell gave this card to me. Her parents said in court some horrible things about me and wrote very hurtful things about me on a FFX CO website. That I was involved with her murder somehow. I was NOT.That I was a horrible man to her daughter. Shev Russell (their daughter) created this birthday card by hand (she told me her grandmother had taught her how to make them).. she gave it to me from her hand to mine on my bithday Feb 4th, 2009. I have made this message PUBLIC in hopes her family finds it. I gave Lee and Shev $3000 CASH in the late summer of 2008 for an "all expenses paid trip" to Ocean City Maryland for a week. They took my son's 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Shev told me when they got back, that she "had the best time of her life". The last pic wouldn't completely focus but it is from the back of the card and says in her hand writing: made by Shev. Russell "RIP Shev. Im sorry you're gone and very much, so is Lee".
