Its Rednecksburg in parts and Fednecksburg in others.
In Fednecksburg in the closer to 95 subdivisions I have seen 4 Br 2 story homes for 225-275 K. Large commuter parking lots around, The Feds that live down there live good, They ride Van pools and dont spend 3 hrs each way. They have lots of money to spend on their familys or invest after paying a 1200 dollar mortage instead of a 2500 dollar mortage even if they cough up 250 a month for the commute. Many wives actually stay home and raise their children.or work a bit part time. Imagine that.. They spend there weekends at all kinds of shopping centers just like Nova with Wegmans, Costco, BJ's, you name it . The Central Park shoipping ae with Spots mall is the 3rd largest shopping area on the East Coast. Soccer/baseball/football with the kids, Churches,The Potomac River and Rappahannock river, Working out , just like NoVa plus The Northern Neck close by, Richmond 45 miles away, Va Beach 175 miles Blue Ridge Parkway 75, Charlottesville UVA 60 The Blue Ridge 50 and NOVA 45 DC 60 ..on and on without all the hassles of NOVA. And you can see the stars in the sky at night.
Oh Yes.. the price of gas is much cheaper too... Lake Anna 30, ....
And the schools are nice many new and if you think throwing money gives you good Education keep throwing it down in FX.
On the Plus side here, FXCO Fire and Rescue is Tops in the State of Va.and one of the best in the US. Fairfax Hospitol Complex, The Va Heart Center, give NOVA a big +
And the FXCO Park Authority Too a + So Im not knocking NOVA I love it, But Fednecksburg is not bad at all.
