Oscar is worried about "what he built"?
Even if you can consider the BOAD podcast and the O'Meara podcast to be "successes", they can't be bringing in the regular paycheck he'd get from going back to doing radio in a major market. Oscar likes money, we know that. The only downside, if there is any, is that CBS is more than willing to throw them back out on their ass in 6 months. Podcasts will either fail or they decide to stop making it.
I guess Lavar is leaving though. I can't fathom why NFL Network would want this guy, but good for him I guess.

If they don't have another washed up athlete to get in there, then why not give BOAD a shot? If it fails, then you go try and get London Fletcher to do a radio show, unless ESPN already signed him too. I'm sure some ex-Redskin is available. Lavar showed you don't need any broadcast talent to do it, so there should be a line across the state.
