What are the legalitites of producing porn in Fairfax County?

I want to create a porn video with an 18yr old slut. Of course I'd compensate her for her time. Because prostitution is clearly illegal, how do I get it to be classified as a porn production? Where do I advertise this?

Register your business

Research and file Actress and Actor proof of age verification per U.S. Code. Over 70 may be required to mitigate age discrimination.

Do regular venereal disease and HIV testing, maintain files as proof. Positive results may not be used to disqualify your actors per the fair labor standards act.

Get Fairfax County permits for filming from Sharon Bulova
Note: You may need to have at least one Hispanic, one Arab and one goat/camel in your film per Fairfax diversity quotas. You cannot choose the gender, how they perform coitus or who they do it to.

In fact, California is the only state where it is legal.

You mean to tell me that all the Playboy Campus Girls, Girls Gone Wild porn, etc. was only filmed in California?
