Clearly its you who has a 3rd grade understanding of things and cant comprehend things.
You should also fully read things before commenting, Im well aware of the use to taxes to steer peoples behavior. Your argument that more people will take mass transit doesnt work. Theres no metro from South Riding/Sterling into DC or Manassas. If they cant afford a car or to drive they will have no way to get to work and that will really be great for the economy but thats not the point.
He said he wanted higher property taxes for LOW FUEL ECONOMY VEHICLES ONLY. So at best you get people not buying SUVs and buying other cars instead.
His plan doesnt get rid of cars it just changes what type they are. It was nothing more than a liberal environmental big cars and using gas is bad argument, nothing that would have any effect on traffic at all. If anything it would actively discourage carpooling in groups of two or more since no one wants to be shoved into a tiny back seat for an hour each way.
Next time before you come in insulting someone make dam sure youre right and you didnt miss anything. If you want to actually discuss the issues at hand feel free. If you want to just try and make it personal attacks about me youre going to need to do a lot better than that and try and actually be right next time.
