I've only scanned the first couple hundred. Went back and started a spreadsheet. The data points are VERY clear. Plus he keeps indicating that he works with people who talk about this stuff. He's probably known as an "eccentric" around the office.

I'm still trying to figure out why St. Olaf's did that work in 3 such specific and odd locations. One hell of a coincidence. I'm thinking he got resume fodder for rehabbing his grandma's house, or something. If you look, Caleb's resume overlaps, a lot. He's always got several things going on. It doesn't make sense that he'd be off the radar before then.

Gordon is most definitely older than that. He/she has written about elements of "old" Fairfax County (like the black community along Zion Drive near Robinson) that have been long gone. There are other instances (such as remembering some of the 1980's tenants in Rolling Valley Mall) that make Gordon a mid-thirtysomething, if not older. This isn't information you casually find on Google, they're recollections of someone who's lived here for 20+ years.

As much time as you've spent on FFXU, I'm surprised that you didn't pick up on this.

That's your proof that Gordon is a youngster? I'm a woman in her mid-forties who listens to rave music and would eat Five Guys every day if my caloric needs would allow it. If you're wrong, and I was Caleb and found out about this... holy crap that's a bad day. So please keep that in mind, that you're potentially involving an innocent person who has no grudge with you at all. (At least, until you mined a ton of personal data and posted it to a forum. Well, the only person that appears to be doing any harassing is you, so I wouldn't go that route. And if by "lining up stuff" you mean using Google to support your guesses, that seems a waste of time, too. (If police wanted to find out who Gordon was, they just would. It's funny, after 20 years in IT, Caleb could probably sit his mail archive in front of me, and I'd never think to touch it. There's just a black and white about some things. If it's worth doing... well, damn, it's still nice when it's easy, you know? It never is....

Just be aware that if Caleb is NOT "Gordon", then you're hurting an innocent victim. Someone who is an innocent 3'd party with no axe to grind with you. I can tell from your belief in justice and "fair play" that you don't want to do that.

Hacking, BTW, folks is not just a computer term. Here it is, and yes, I'm still "hacking", in the most basic sense: I'm going to keep hammering until I find the combination that works.

Next up: plotting time points. He PROBABLY posts less from work, and drops occasional indicators. Should be able to get a pretty good idea of his schedule, and maybe isolate some political events. Either this guy is eating and breathing newspapers, or he's involved. Given what happened at Sandburg, I'm assuming he's involved.

There's probably no reason to change much else, BTW. If it's Gordon, he/she/it already knows what you have exposed. If it's not, tightening up could give it all away.
