What's the worst that could happen? Some unfortunate special agent who's gotten stuck with mailbox duty for the
BCICID@vsp.virginia.gov E-mail box for the week will see a small spike in the number of complaints he has to weed through, albeit they'll all have "Fairfax Underground" mentioned somewhere in them. So what?
