The article heading: "threaten to overturn theory of human evolution" doesn't mean that the theory of evolution is wrong. The question raised by the find is whether the "out of africa" theory of human evolution is wrong, or incomplete. It's not saying that humans didn't evolve from a common ancestor with other primates. That's not arguable.
BTW, don't get your science information from a rag like the Daily Mail. Newspaper articles provide some reporter's (who has no science background) idea of what the science is actually saying. Valid scientific results are found in peer reviewed journals.
