Some things that should be taken into consideration here are the fact that the former employee was able to get out of jail on her own signature despite the fact that the courts are well aware of her past criminal history.

If the judge felt she was really a threat they would NOT have released her under any circumstances. She lives *awfully* close to that Papa John's and if they feared for anyone's safety she would NOT have received a bond at all. I don't think they would risk her going there and shooting up, burning down or blowing up the place if this were all true or being taken seriously by another other than Papa John's - who also knows for a fact that no one is in any danger and never was.

The police were able to arrest her because of how Katie portrayed the messages about the store and the gun picture sent to her and some manic/depressive texts stating the want to hurt people, even though at the end of the messages the threat was ended when it was stated that no one would be harmed. The courts had different findings after hearing the other side of the story and what ACTUALLY promoted Katie to suddenly change her mind after stating to the police a week earlier there was no threat and continued seeing and speaking to this person.

Katie lied to the police and said she got threatening phone calls on Feb 11 and hadn't seen the employee since. Phone records show that Katie never got any calls from that employee and was seen on video at the PETCO with the employee on Feb 14, Valentine's Day and had been speaking to said person literally minutes up until the arrest on Feb 18 was made, like nothing was wrong or happening.

Katie seems to have some major issues and should take her relationship ending as a loss through no fault of her own besides her and her only being a cheater and a proven liar. It doesn't get any more simple than that.

There was no need to have some put in jail because she is a VENGEFUL person and lies and cheats on every person she's ever been with. No one deserves to be going through any of this because she couldn't keep her partner happy and had to leach off of someone else, learn to be with just one person. YOURSELF!

The courts will probably destory her after they see the new evidence of her many lines and at the text messages of a person having a meltdown and in nowhere ever threatening Katie herself.

Today is going to be a super busy and tough day. It's going to be weird without Matt. He was a "cool" boss, not a good boss and as far as Katie goes, she does have a bit of a mean steak to her. She yells at everyone, is quick to anger and makes the biggest deals out of the littlest things. I think it all stems from her unhappiness in that relationship. She tries to put on a smile and does this obvious fake laugh but is just a very negative person. She is one of the most saddest people I have ever met. It sucks that she hates herself so much but I guess there's good reason behind it.

I dont care how messed up she is, I want those nipples and all their hardware in my mouth.

I have heard she is just unbelievable in the sack, with a girl or a guy...or both.

Cheating isn't against the law but lying to the police and filing a false police report is. Perjury will be the next law broken if the lies continue.

Katie's revenge had nothing to do with the cheating threat. That came after she went to the police at Papa John's because she blamed MW for her fiance leaving her.

Her fiance was dealing coke (words from Katie herself) and freaked out when the cops showed up at their place that night due to her threatning suicide and allegedly cutting herself after MW called 911 to have someone make sure she was okay. It was later learned Katie hadn't been cutting herself at all and was released from Woodburn mental health center. The threat of suicide was either for attention or manipulation.

The next day, a pissed off Katie went to work at decided to contact the police about some manic text messages she received from MW about a week earlier that she said made her fear for her life. MW was upset about being fired for trying to do what was best for the company and said some concerning things in the heat of the moment about harming others. But Katie added a little extra this time and said MW had threatened her with a gun and held her a gunpoint. Even though she had already spoke to the police a week before and said MW wasn't a threat at all and just going through a manic/depressive bout. It was later determined that MW didn't even have access to any guns at the time.

Katie told police that she hadn't seen or spoken to MW after the texts message incident happened on Feb 11. It was later determined that Katie had in fact lied to the police officers and eye witness testimony from two other occupants in the household said they saw Katie at their home on Feb 14. Security cameras at the resident also confirmed this. The pair were also seen on video footage at the PETCO in the shopping center by the Papa John's.

Katie also said she had been receiving numerous threatening phone calls from MW. Phone records show the only time the pair had spoken on the telephone in the past month was on Valentine's Day at around 7AM and texts messages from Katie show she had asked MW to call her.
