Back in the 70s when you talked about "regular gas" that meant gasoline with lead in it. You had to specify "unleaded" for gas for newer cars.

Worse yet, who remembers the FM converter? When your Dad gave you the old worn out family car to drive to school there was no way you could be cool with just an AM radio. You had to go to kmart and buy an FM converter. Then you and your buddies from shop class would be in the school parking lot installing it often with the teachers help.

No, but I remember the "CD players" you could get at Radio Shack. Either you had the adapter for your CD player that plugged into the cassette player, or you had a short range transmitter that you tuned in an AM station to listen to your CDs.

Who remembers the gas shortage in the 70's. They had odd or even days which meant if the last number on your license plate was a odd number, you could only fill up on the odd days. Same with even.

WARINING. THIS IS A FAKE STORY FOUND ON INTERNET PROMOTING THE IDEA THAT MISSING GOLD IS LEGITIMATE AND THE FAULT OF THE U.S.A.

this con man then, if people beleive the advertisement in the news, shorts by the same ammount knowing the reaction will not be too adverse. obama gov does it all the time: giving the usa news their money is missing and if no outrage erupts, if a missile is not dropped: the money then thereafter goes missing. if there is outrage: the story was played off as someone who didn't do their journalism correctly.

------------------------
Fake Gold Bars in Fort Knox! What’s Next? The IMF sold Gold plated tungsten bars to India ?!

In October of 2009 the Chinese received a shipment of gold bars. Gold is regularly exchanges between countries to pay debts and to settle the so-called balance of trade. Most gold is exchanged and stored in vaults under the supervision of a special organization based in London, the London Bullion Market Association (or LBMA). When the shipment was received, the Chinese government asked that special tests be performed to guarantee the purity and weight of the gold bars. In this test, four small holed are drilled into the gold bars and the metal is then analyzed.

Officials were shocked to learn that the bars were fake. They contained cores of tungsten with only a outer coating of real gold. What’s more, these gold bars, containing serial numbers for tracking, originated in the US and had been stored in Fort Knox for years.

-----------------------
that ^^^ just goes to show that gov workers and organized crime trying to prey upon government reserves and banks as a source for crime is at an all time high. that such a story would be advertised hoping others would beleive it.

and now we see: this act is put on by people building lambourghini to be uber rich and the only way they can be bought, the only place such goods are even safe, is by facists politically rich in a facist or puppet government

so build things you can't sell in europe and sell them here using our money ? so spend endless moneys to find the god particle - much of which came from the usa

glass headlights bulbs - square - non-replacable bulb the whole thing is a replaceable bulb (never frosts, never dews). not as bright as halogen but CHEAPER, and easily adjusted

1) they said halogen was cheaper they lied. the housings had all kinds of issues (breakage, dewing, frosting, unadjustable) (still do) and cost a shitload to replace - and the halogend bulbs themselves quickly became more expensive than a whole square glass healight !

2) in the 1980's, PC era and "gov run schools" getting power, out came the PARABOLIC headlights

i immediately told people this was a design of idiot scholars who though a math shape would be "more technical" and was stupid - i wanted mine out the first time i sued - used them

why ? you can't see pedestrians in neighborhoods at night: all the light is "perfectly directed forward" only an idiot would think that was a bright idea to have 0 light anywhere else. i was stupid and i figured that out first test drive. could not see shit had to put head out window to see if anyone was on a walk in the neighborhood

today ? today your not informed that your headlights cost and arm and a leg - and if you actaully broke on (lense, xformer, bulb) you'd be in for over $1,000 for a fuckign headlight that used to be a $7 replacement - and the salesman didn't tell you, they snuck it in the car, like they would "puncture proof tires" (they aren't that's a lie, they ARE NON REPAIRABLE, and they cost and arm and a leg to replace).

these look like headlights. they are actually there to kick your ass when you find out what they really are.

AND ? they don't light up pedestrians becasue they are parabolic - you'll be running into people soon

done forget new "electronic tinted" review mirrors. they aren't supposed to pass safety inspection since many are crap they stay dim in 1/2 lit areas and at night: there is not clear visibility 200 ft behind as law requires - becasue the flawed cheap design can't make them clear it can only be tinted or more tinted: fails inspection. but there's a cover up they keep placing safety stickers on cars with them anyway: and they are still making and sellign them (very expensive) and they break and require batteries.

oh and china backup lights ? reflect the sun so in a busy parking lot you cannot see who has their car in reverse or not. idiots.

i'm unsure if they sellign a poverty box that is unsafe or trying to build cars. they got me confused !

80's MTV. Back when they actually played music videos.

Not the shitty poisonous Liberal propaganda that they've been trying to indoctrinate innocent American children with constantly since then.

the recent "400th anniversary" (of jamestown, va) plate

IS JUST A DELICATE STICKER ON A NORMAL PLATE

(you can't save it - va stickers are designed to peel off after time and stickers don't last if it wasn't. it's NOT A COMMEMORATIVE PLATE they made sure it won't be)

The premise of this TV show was pretty stupid, but the space models and special effects were pretty awesome.

I remember you could order a BB machine gun. It was a gun that you'd attach a canister of air or CO2 and it operate like an Uzi with a surprising velocity. Advertised them in Hunting Mags. You could but switchblades by mail but you have to put them together, assemble the. Playboy magazine used to advertise them.
