Rusty, get over yourself. Your last statement on that site is ridiculous. "Timmys Law is about me, it's about you... It's about all of us" that is the biggest crock of sheesh ever. Instead of thinking you, your brother, and all of WNC is bigger or better than the mass of people that lose loved ones everyday and believe your civil liberties were violated, why didn't you pick up the phone prior to the funeral and arrainge for a police escort? Had you just taken 5 minutes to follow the laws, you wouldn't have encountered any of this. The problem here is you believe you are more important than other people. You my friend, are not.
If I understand your assertions, your group was "targeted" because you were violating the laws that govern the state. Had you taken 5 minutes to setup your police escort, these laws to protect funeral processions would have been enforced. Instead you and your group were a rogue group of motorcyclists breaking laws.
It is unfortunate what happened to your brother, but its time to grow up and take responsibility for your inability to act as a responsible adult and follow simple laws.
