China 1 --coincidence??

Question for all you FFU'ers...

Is it just coincidence that behind the China 1 restaurant located at 7700 Richmond Hwy, there is a ferrell cat community with a makeshift shelter?? Looks like someone made a nice tarp covered home, even cut through the wire fence for an opening, and theres about 50 stray cats hanging around there. I noticed this yesterday, as my husband pointed out that theres a chinese restaurant located 20 feet away...

who else would create this "home" for them? seems a bit too coincidental to me.

should I contact fairfax county animal control or continue letting folks eat the Kung Pow Chicken?

Yeah, I think that the one the Co. Knows about. A lady i know, not me, feeds them. if you look at the cat you will see that they have one ear clipped. that means they are spayed or neutered.

They are all fed & spayed/neutered & counted. They are not food for China 1. They are feral cats.
