You CAN carry concealed with a PERMIT in Great Falls Park. You CAN open carry in Great Falls Park. You CANNOT shoot your firearms in Great Falls Park unless the situation warrants, and there is no target range. There are signs at the entrance of each building in Great Falls Park that says weather or not a person can carry a firearm inside. The US Park Police will respond to any and all "shots fired" call out at Great Falls Park.
