"Lisa Williams, who currently serves as executive director of the Department of Equity and Cultural Proficiency for Baltimore County (Maryland) Public Schools (BCPS), is FCPS’ new Chief Equity Officer.
We are excited to welcome Dr. Williams to FCPS to lead and continue the cross-departmental efforts to ensure that innovative and equitable practices are in effect across the division. As Chief Equity Officer, Dr. Williams will also oversee the Ombudsman Office, the Office of Professional Learning and Family Engagement, the Hearings Office, and Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology Admissions.
Since 2009, Dr. Williams led BCPS in their efforts to implement educational equity policies and training and professional development on anti-racist teaching, learning, and other issues related to social justice in schools..."
Remember, you VOTED for this. The chief equity officer is now in charge of TJ admissions. Baltimore schools are a great model of success. I'm sure it will all work out =)
Just what we need. This lady is crying about dolls on a daytime tv show. AF's already have more advantages (which put Caucasian students applying for college at disadvantage) Why do we need this??? AF are not even the largest minority any more.
She will insure that hiring quotas are met and that the TJ student population is more diverse. Diversity is the name of the game @ FCPS so expect more minorities in positions from top to bottom.

Its' the same in FCFD. When firefighters apply for a promotion I've seen "diverse" people write memos stating "Because I'm a diverse firefighter I would be the best person in the department to be in xyz position because of my diverse advantage."
The head of the fire recruitment division openly tells people if they are not of a certain persuasion "I can't hire you"
Not my words but the head of the Recruitment division. I kinda of get it because back in the 80s they lost a lawsuit over discrimination in hiring. Which I'm glad someone stood up to the department because hiring was definitely not fair towards minorities. So they had to comply and update their hiring practices. Now they have swung so far the other way
If it wasn't for old white men, we’d still be living in caves. Black women are the worst. They are the worst demographic group in this country! They are lazy, annoying, and angry motherfuckers. Extreme sensitivity is another trait of theirs. It makes it impossible to ask them a question because they are so mother fucking sensitive.

I tried to have a medical procedure scheduled with a doctor I really liked. His scheduling assistant was a lazy shivartzah. So guess what happened?????
I called her 4 times and left 4 messages. I never heard back from that lazy cunt. I had to switch doctors all because a lazy nog bitch didnt do her job!!! Fk you bitch

The nogs didn't get hired because they were too lazy to be a FF and too dumb to even pass EMT-B, forget even trying to be a medic. We're fixing that now though. Lots of purses going missing during those UNC bus rides in the next ten years.

One just needs to look over the river at WMATA to see how diversity is working. Why don't we just pay those people to stay home?
