If they keep the noise down and don't park in front of your house, just ignore them and don't have any contact with them for two weeks afterwards.

You can also look at it intellectually. The danger isn't simply from having 20+ people coming together in a group. If the 20+ people regularly interact with each other, they will already have ample opportunity to spread the disease among themselves even if they don't gather all together at one place at one time.
