Man dies after Alexandria shooting

ALEXANDRIA, Va. (WUSA9) -- The Alexandria Police Department is looking for a suspect who fatally shot a 28-year-old man on June 19.
The shooting happened around 11:40 p.m. in the 3800 block of Russell Road.
The victim, identified as 27-year-old Julio Caesar Urrutia-Erazo, was shot in the upper body and taken to the hospital. He died on June 21.
The suspect is being described as a white Hispanic man, between the ages of 18 and 30. He is about 5 feet 8 inches tall and has a muscular build. Police say the suspect has a shaved head and several tattoos on his arms.
Based off of the first part of the investigation, police believe the shooting happened after two groups of people got into an argument.
