True, getting you to answer a straight forward question is, in fact, a lost cause, but it is oh so much fun watching you squirm about trying to stand by your "typo" defense. If you want me to stop bringing it up, point to the exact word or phrase that is a "typo." I didn't think so. What is it they say about those that continually duck questions?

Oh, ok, now we are talking about Merrifield and its surrounding areas as well. Way to expand the board to suit your idiotic claims. Merrifield is exactly how I described it according to the Census Bureau. But they, what do they know? Certainly some random know it all on FFXU must be more knowledgeable on the matter.

This is a townhome?

LOL. Are you talking about this one?

The idiot that listed that house is about as bright as you are. He listed the house as 40,000 square feet and the lot at .38 acre which is about 16,500 square feet. Lets hear your excuse for this one, idiot. I suppose that was another "typo" too, right? LOL.
Making you look stupid isn't even sporting anymore.

Take a drive around Merrifield and tell me I'm wrong.
Tis is just what I want right down the street:

This is rich an idiot who has demonstrated it on more than one occasion in this trhread is calling someone stupid. LOL.

Which is what the third bay of my garage is for.

Nope not at all. I am the neighborhood resource for all of the aforementioned products and then some.

I have eaten there many a times. It has gone down hill in recent years in my opinion, but still fairly good. The steak enchiladas are my go to there.

A park. No stream, but there is one a block away.

LOL. Puny parcel. About 250 sqft of patio and deck.

Not so much and fewer homes in Merrifield have what you described than in my neighborhood.

No, living next to an intersection the size of two football fields is not my idea of comfortable living.

Good to see you have two. Now are they both true living rooms or is one a family room?

Adding people and jobs is a brain drain? Again, your math is astounding. LOL.
This may be your most entertaining post yet. 40,000 sqft lot. LOL.
